Machine characteristics
● The main structural castings are made of HT300 material, with a surface hardness of not less than HB250, and have undergone high-temperature annealing and natural aging treatment.
● Reasonable reinforcement provides good overall rigidity, keeping the fundamental frequency away from the resonance zone and ensuring smooth processing. The base has three layers, the column has two layers of rib casting structure, and the ultra wide base has a 1:1:1 design for the joint surface between the head and the column, increasing cutting rigidity. The body adopts a symmetrical plane design, showcasing unique machining accuracy, making it the preferred model for component mold processing.
● The body adopts X and Y-axis roller guide rails and Z-axis hard rail design, which ensures machining accuracy and efficiency while also ensuring the rigidity of the machine tool.
● Provide X, Y, Z three-axis hard rail support to meet heavy-duty machining needs.
● The spindle adopts synchronous tool changing and is equipped with a servo tool magazine to reduce tool changing time and improve work efficiency.
