Machine characteristics

● The main structural castings are made of HT300 material, with a surface hardness of not less than HB250, and have undergone high-temperature annealing and natural aging treatment.
● Reasonable reinforcement provides good overall rigidity, keeping the fundamental frequency away from the resonance zone and ensuring smooth processing. The base has three layers, the column has two layers of rib casting structure, and the ultra wide base has a 1:1:1 design for the joint surface between the head and the column, increasing cutting rigidity. The body adopts a symmetrical plane design, showcasing unique machining accuracy, making it the preferred model for component mold processing.







● The beam and the column are integrally designed and cast, and the structure is extremely strong. 
● The base is cast with reinforced ribs to increase accuracy and cutting stability.
● The ball screw adopts C3 grade imported screw. Large lead design is adopted to ensure rapid feed to shorten non-processing time.
