Machine characteristics

● The feed axis is supported by imported roller tracks (X, Y, and Z axes are reinforced with 45 specifications) to ensure high load and precision of the machine tool.
● Models above 1270 adopt a Y-axis 4-track design, while the X-axis adopts a 55 rail design to improve the rigidity of the machine tool.
● The Z-axis adopts a nitrogen counterweight design to reduce the inertia of the spindle box, improve response speed, and achieve high-precision machining.
● Pre stretching of three-axis screw to reduce thermal extension and improve machine tool accuracy.
● Both the three-axis and spindle are equipped with enlarged high torque motors to achieve high torque machining of the machine tool.
● The spindle provides a belt spindle and is directly connected to the spindle. ZF gear transmission and full gear transmission increase spindle torque.
