机台特性

● 主结构铸件采用HT300材质，表面硬度不低于HB250，经高温退火及自然时效处理。
● 合理的布筋提供良好的整体刚性，使基频远离共振区，保证加工光洁度,底座三层，立柱二层肋骨铸件结构，超宽底座，头部与立柱结合面采用1:1:1设计，增加切削刚性。机身采用对称平面设计，展现独特的加工精度，是零件模具加工首选机型。

● 横梁与立柱一体式设计铸造，结构坚强无比。

● 底座采用加强筋肋铸造，增加精度及切削稳定性。
● 滚珠丝杆采用C3级进口丝杆。采用大导程设计，
● 保证快速进给，以缩短非加工时间。
● 轴向及主轴电机加大设计。
