机台特性

● 主结构铸件采用HT300材质，表面硬度不低于HB250，经高温退火及自然时效处理。
● 合理的布筋提供良好的整体刚性，使基频远离共振区，保证加工光洁度。
● 底座三层，立柱二层肋骨铸件结构，超宽底座，头部与立柱结合面采用1:1:1设计，增加切削刚性。机身采用45度整体斜背式铸造设计，展现独特的加工精度。
● 进给轴采用进口滚柱线轨支撑（X,Z轴采用增强型45规格），保证机床的高负载，高精度。

● The main structure castings are made of HT300 material, the surface hardness is not less than HB250, and they are subjected to high temperature annealing and natural aging treatment.
● Reasonable cloth ribs provide good overall rigidity, keep the fundamental frequency away from the resonance zone, and ensure processing finish
● The base has three layers, the column has two layers of rib casting structure, the super wide base, the head and the column joint surface adopts a 1:1:1 design to increase cutting rigidity. The fuselage adopts a 45-degree integral diagonal back casting design, showing unique machining accuracy.
● The feed axis adopts imported roller linear rail support (X, Z axis adopts enhanced 45 specifications) to ensure the high load and high precision of the machine tool.
