Machine characteristics

● The main structural casting is made of HT300 material, with a surface hardness not less than HB250, and undergoes high-temperature annealing and natural aging treatment.
● Reasonable reinforcement provides excellent overall rigidity, keeping the fundamental frequency away from the resonance zone and ensuring machining smoothness. The base features three layers, with the column having two layers of ribbed castings. The ultra-wide base and the 1:1:1 design between the head and the column enhance cutting rigidity. The body adopts a symmetrical plane design, showcasing unique machining precision, making it the preferred model for parts and mold processing.
● The GS850 uses marble bases and columns produced with German craftsmanship. It can greatly improve the seismic resistance and accuracy retention of machine tools.
● The feed axis is supported by imported roller tracks (X, Y, and Z axes are reinforced with 45 specifications) to ensure high load and precision of the machine tool.
